caryopses.com Customer Agreement

This Agreement (the "Agreement") is a legal agreement between you and Supply Links .If you use the caryopses.com you agree to these terms and conditions. The caryopses.com Service is a transaction, information and communication service available to authorized users ("customers") who access caryopses.com . The caryopses.com currently provides an online Dry fruits, Nuts, Spices, Seeds & Groceries shopping and delivery service, and may in the future provide additional shopping and related services. caryopses.com’s employees, agents or designees will shop and deliver Dry fruits, Nuts, Spices, Seeds & Groceries orders placed with the caryopses.com. Prices of products sold online may differ from those in retail stores.

Delivery will be made to the delivery address that you specify when you confirm your order. Prices for products you place in your cart will be guaranteed for the transaction. Payment for deliver Dry fruits, Nuts, Spices, Seeds and associated shopping and delivery fees is due at the time of delivery. If caryopses.com cannot deliver your order, or must make an additional delivery because no one is at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order at the specified time, or wrong address / details given to us by you, will be assessed an additional fee. If you are not satisfied for any reason with an item purchased through the caryopses.com you may mail customer service at the time of receiving your order at care@caryopses.com .CARYOPSES PVT. LTD.'s liability for missing a delivery is limited to delivery at a later agreed time at no additional charge.

Pricing : All the products listed on caryopses.com will be sold at MRP unless otherwise specified. The prices mentioned on the website will be applicable at the time of placing an order. Although prices of most of the products do not fluctuate on a daily basis, changes in pricing would be updated almost immediately on the portal.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

CARYOPSES PVT. LTD. advises our customers to choose their items carefully as CARYOPSES PVT. LTD. does not accept returns of correctly shipped items. All items from our online store are sold on a non-returnable basis unless defective. Please check that all items received are what you have ordered. If you have received an incorrect item, please do not open the package. We will not accept any returns or provide refunds of items that have been opened, tampered with or are not in their original condition. Order cancellation will be possible only if the request is made before the product has been shipped, typically within 48 hours or 2 working days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request cannot be honoured if the order has been communicated to the fulfillment team and they have initiated the process of dispatching the order (again, typically 48 hours or 2 working days of the order being placed).

There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.

No cancellations are possible for those products that the Deliciousfood.in marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Ramzan or Bakri Eid, Christmas, New Year’s Day, Valentine’s Day, etc. and major festivals .These are limited occasion offers and, therefore, cancellations are not possible.

If your food products arrived damaged or contaminated in any way, please contact us directly at +91 91777 77301 or write to care@caryopses.com and we will do our best to resolve the problem. In case the wrong product has been shipped, please bring it to the notice of our Customer Service Team by calling +91 91777 77301 or care@caryopses.com as soon as you receive the product or within 24 hours of it’s delivery. The Customer Service Team will swiftly arrange for reverse shipping of the order and send the correct product forthwith. Please ensure that the product packaging is not tampered with. These being perishable and edible produce, we have to exercise abundant caution and cannot accept the return of a tampered package. In case of cancellation within the stipulated time period, a full refund will be issued without any deductions back to the customer. Refunds may take up to 5-10 days depending on the customer’s bank/card company’s policies.

We deal in perishable, edible produce and, as such, we cannot accept returns of any correctly ordered, shipped, and delivered items. We deal in only the highest quality produce and we are very sure you will enjoy them very much and return to us as happy customers. After we receive an intact and unopened package in our warehouse, we will issue store credit of an amount and email you informing you of the same. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns 24 hours after the product has been delivered to you. We take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Store credits are processed within 5-10 days’ period.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

We do not currently ship internationally.

For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier FedEx and Delivery. Orders are shipped within 48 hours or 2 working days, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to courier company/post office norms. caryopses.com is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company/postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 2 working days from the date of the order and payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit card, debit card, or net-banking only at all times (unless specified at the time of order). All major credit cards, debit cards, and net-banking methods are accepted.
